Only share educational resources you own or are licensed to redistribute. You retain ownership and grant your exchange partner access for personal learning, subject to any stated license. Do not resell or redistribute another member’s materials without permission. Both participants must approve the same offer. Completed access remains available while lawful content and the service remain available; copyright removals and abuse moderation may make resources unavailable. Do not upload malicious files, impersonate others, spam or misrepresent content. The operator may suspend abusive accounts and investigate reported disputes. These launch terms require operator details and jurisdiction-specific review before public release.
